Chef Roberto will guide you through the creation of four hearty and delicious dishes. MEDITERRANEAN SEAFOOD In this cooking class, Roberto is going to demonstrate how to prepare some of his favourite recipes that remind him of home. Pepata di cozze with toasted garlic bruschetta (sautéed mussels), Risotto with prawns and zucchini, spaghetti alle vongole (pasta with fresh clams) will be the highlights. As a palate cleanser, we will finish with a lemon sgroppino. A perfect way to end this unique experience.
