His pre- sentation will start at 9:30 am on October 16 and will address “Natural Gas Pipeline Projects and How They Are Affecting the Railroads.” Gullace has extensive experi- ence handling environmental litigationmatters and structur- ing and negotiating agreements with significant environmen- tal issues for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to smaller closely held busi- nesses. He is an active member of the American Bar Associa- tion, Section of Environment, Energy and Resources (ABA SEER). He served as the Chair of the ABA SEER ADR Com- mittee from 2010-2012, after serving as the vice chair from 2008-2010. In 2012, he was appointed to be SEER’s liaison to the ABA’s Section of Dispute Resolution.
