The Limoges Citizens Committee is studying the feasibility of a local farmers market setup. One question that needs answering is where it would be. St-Viateur School was suggested as one possible location, with its parking lot available for outdoor booths and tables. But that would require a user agreement with le Conseil scolaire de district catholique de l’Est ontarien (CSDCEO) to cover liabil- ity concerns. Another possibility could be the municipal garage parking lot area on Limoges Road or one of the larger neighbourhood parks. Either of those would require dealing with either Russell Township or The Nation Municipality. The committee will continue looking into the matter for a future meeting report (GC).
