TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Hawkesbury is undertaking a legislated five-year review of its Zoning By-law as required by the Planning Act. The purpose of the review is to ensure the documents remain current and to restructure the by-law for a more user- friendly formatting. The goal is to make the by-law easy to read and understandable for all residents in the Town of Hawkesbury. AND TAKE NOTICE that the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Hawkesbury will hold an open house and public meeting on Tuesday April 11, 2017. The open house will be at 6:30 p.m. and the public meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall, 600 Higginson Street, to consider the proposed zoning by-law under Section 34 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990.
