Musi c . In mu sic, the students are d rill ed in sight read ing, conduct ing congregational sing ing, and ha rmony. P r ivate instruction in vocal and instrumenta l mu sic is also a r ranged fo r when clesirecl. For specia l rates see page 69 . T hose who take pr ivate vocal or inst rumental mu sic lessons are required to attend at leas t two Bible sessions a week. Prac tical Christian Work Requi red. E nrolled students are requi red to engage in defi ni te Chr is t ian work in connect ion with thei r own church, under the supervision of the Sec retary of the Even;ng School. the student thus putti ng in practice what has heen studied in the class room. Weekly Reports. Students are fur ni shed blank fo rms on whi ch a careful report of study and work must be made and handed in weekly. Cards on whi ch to record names and addresses of inqui rers or converts a re furnis hed. the pur pose being to get every conve rt connected with some church . How Many C lasses. \Vhile the cou rse is arra ngecl so that persons of average abili ty, employed dur ing the clay . can take all the classes, the Secretary wi ll alway s be glad to arrange the number and char acter of classes attended to suit the spec ial needs of students. Our aim is to help each individ ual as much as possible. Credit Cards. Students comp let ing a te rm·s work and pass ing sat is factory examinat ions are g iven a Credit card showing their stand ing in the examinations. Diploma. A Diploma is given students sat isfactorily completi ng the three years' course.
