You decide on the best strategy going in, and you set it up to make your money going in. Remember that rule that success- ful investors always make sure they’re making money going into the deal. You should always know your exit strategy of what you want to do with each property as you move forward. Whether you have cash or not, the strategies here will work for you. You’re far ahead of most investors already, as you know strategies that will make your deals far more profitable than working through normal channels and real estate agents.
