HowMike Makredes Became Part of Our Coaching Team THE RESULTS O With our team’s combined experience in the world of real estate investment, we understand the wealth of information available and the number of mentors out there looking to help people get started on their own ventures. Because we are in the trenches doing deals of our own, we’ve investigated and spent quite a bit of money using other tactics. But what we ultimately found is that buying and selling on terms is the most successful and lucrative approach to doing real estate deals, and teaching Associates our strategies is the best part of what we do. Over the last 2 1/2 years, one of our High 6 Associates, Mike Makredes, has demonstrated his ability to follow our processes. He has had so much success doing his own
Less than two years later, our eldest son, Nick, was born in November of 1988. Only 14 months later, our daughter Kayla was born. Regardless of how solid the foundation of our marriage was, having two kids by the time we were 23 meant that we were two very busy young parents. In a way, we grew up with our kids. While it was stressful and tiresome, Kim and I worked as a team and made sure we both pitched in to give our kids the best we could. We made time to celebrate the good moments, and we leaned on one another during the hard ones. As I look back on our three decades of marriage, I can safely say that there is no way I could have found a better person. Kim is creative and friendly, and she is dependable as both a wife and a mother. Ever since the day we got married, we worked together in business and in life, and I am so grateful that she gave 11-year- old me a chance all those years ago. Happy Valentine’s Day, Kim!
