The number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were down 10% vs last month, settling at 138, but were 77% above May 2018. The 41 townhome sales in May were up by 41% from April and 14% above May 2018. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 30%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market transitioned to a seller’s market. May’s benchmark price was $953,200, 0.7% above April but down 8% from May of last year. The average sold price was $999,046 (0.7% above April) while the average PSF sales price was $611 (1.3% higher than in April).
