There was a 2% decrease in condo listings in Vancouver East month-over-month (to 500) while May’s listings were up 47% year-over-year. Condo sales increased by 23% from April (to 142) but were down 18% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 28%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. May’s condo benchmark price was $569,300, up 4% from April but 1.1% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $598,205, a 4% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $833, 5% above last month.
