At 296, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 0.7% higher in May than in April and 29% above May 2018. Townhome sales, at 48, were up by 50% vs April and were17% above last May. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 16% in May as Vancouver West’s townhome market became balanced. The benchmark price in May was $1.12M, 0.8% above last month but 14% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.30M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $938 (down 1.5% and 6%, respectively, from last month).
