The number of condo listings in the Fraser Valley board area were 1,686 in May, 0.5% above last month and up 53% vs last year. At 396, condo sales were 6% higher in May than in April but 23% below May 2018. Slightly increasing to 23%, the board area’s condo sales-to-listings ratio remained favourable to sellers. The condo benchmark price in May was $416,800, 0.9% below April and 8% lower than in May 2018. The average sold price was $395,009 (0.8% above April), while the average PSF sales price was $449 (0.4% below April).
