Condo listings in Surrey decreased to 808 in May 2019, 4% below April but 50% higher than in May 2018. Year-over-year condo sales were down 25% in May (to 192) but were 10% higher month-over-month. The sales-to-listings ratio rose to 24%, as Surrey’s condo market remained favourable to sellers. May’s condo benchmark price of $434,200 was 0.9% below April and 8% lower than in May 2018. The average sold price was $392,612 at an average PSF sales price of $475 (down 1.1% and 3%, respec- tively, from April).
