The sales-to-listings ratio slightly decreased to 16%, as Langley’s detached market remained in balanced market territory. May’s detached benchmark price of $988,700 was virtually unchanged from April and was 8% below May 2018. The average sold price was $1.14M, up 8% from April but 8% lower year-over-year.
