The number of condo listings in Langley, at 324, increased 3% month-over-month and jumped 87% vs last year. May’s condo sales, at 81, were down by 1 from last month and 15 below this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio dipped to 25% in May, as Langley’s condo segment remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in May was $418,100, virtually unchanged from April and an 8% decrease from May 2018. The average sold price was $378,657 (down 9% vs April) with an average PSF sales price of $456 (vir- tually unchanged from April).
