Associates in the LIFT TM Program begin their three-part journey from SPARK (beginning the program) to RISE (leadership role) to LIFT (career track). The goal is economic independence and a successful career path, at HHP LIFT or beyond.

THE LIFT TM PROGRAM LIFT TM Program is HHP LIFT ’s career development Program, where people in Chicago overcoming barriers to fair wage employment gain critical career development skills through employment opportunities, leadership training, mentorship, education, and more. The LIFT TM Workshop is more than a production facility, it is a safe and supportive work environment for individuals overcoming barriers to employment who learn on the job to design, manufacture, and market bath & spa and home & office products. Working directly with nonprofit organizations such as Cara, Heartland Alliance, and Transition2Work, we onboard people from disinvested and overlooked communities in and around Chicago.
