EBANONPA — Black- ford Development and Byler Holdings announced the development, with of a 90 room, four sto- ry Marriott Fairfield Inn & Suites. The Fairfield Brand offers guests contemporary design with functional space and several signature ameni- ties including complimentary hot breakfast, a fitness center, and a business center. In addition to the new hotel, North Cornwall Commons is a contemporary mix use develop- ment, with an integrated town- home community, apartments, a master-planned business

All of the businesses are currently head- quartered in south Central PA. The Hotel Property Man- ager, Shaner Hotel Group is a full-service hospitality opera- tor and management company offering innovative proven expertise in hotel develop- ment and operations. Shaner currently operates 51 hotels (6,350 rooms) domestically and internationally with an- other 19 hotels (2,300 rooms) in the pipeline.
