HOTEL POLICIES AND TERMS
Guarantees and Service • The final attendance guarantee is due at least 72 hours or three business days before the first event day. If no guarantee is received, the contracted expected attendance becomes the guarantee.
• Final guarantees may not be reduced after the deadline. Plated rooms will not be preset by more than 10% over the food and beverage guarantee; an $8 per-person fee applies to approved additional presets.
• The culinary team may prepare a production buffer of up to 3% above the final guarantee, rounded up to the next whole guest. This buffer is for operational contingencies and does not represent complimentary attendance. Meals served above the final guarantee will be added to the final bill at the contracted menu price, plus service charge and applicable sales tax.
• Room seating above the final guarantee does not increase food production. Identical selections and immediate service are not guaranteed when attendance exceeds the final guarantee, and attendance beyond the production buffer may not be accommodated.
• Breaks are scheduled for 60 minutes. Buffets are normally presented for 90 minutes. An extension to two hours requires advance approval and may require additional labor, attendant, and replenishment charges. Continuous buffet service may never exceed 2.5 hours; longer events require a separate service period with fresh food, a new setup, staffing, and applicable charges.
• The hotel is not a nut-free or allergen-free facility. Dietary recipes and dedicated utensils may be arranged, but cross-contact cannot be guaranteed.
