Chef's Southern Table | $37 Seasonal sliced fruit; granola with milk and dried fruit; mascarpone- stuffed French toast with maple and banana syrup; farm-fresh cheddar scrambled eggs; choice of crispy bacon or smoked sausage; Southern home-fried potatoes; assorted coffee cake and muffins; chilled juices; freshly brewed coffee; and assorted herbal teas.
The Rock City Brunch | $48 Cheddar scrambled eggs with fresh herbs; crispy bacon and breakfast sausage; rosemary-roasted breakfast potatoes; artisan charcuterie with two meats, two cheeses, and traditional accompaniments; baby spinach salad with seasonal berries, blue cheese, candied pecans, and berry vinaigrette; grilled chicken with lemon butter and crispy capers; a choice of two breakfast breads from Danish, coffee cake, blueberry muffins, and banana nut muffins; roasted seasonal vegetables; chilled juices; freshly brewed coffee; and assorted herbal teas. Breakfast Service Buffet attendant fee: $250 for up to 75 guests, plus $50 for each additional 75 guests. Minimum guarantee: 30 guests. Groups below the published minimum are subject to the Small Group Catering policy. Buffet service is based on 90 minutes.
