Derek emphasizes. "The operations team is empowered to identify and address quality issues as they arise during the project. It's important to proactively resolve problems, as they rarely resolve themselves." "Their relationship with subcontractors is based on mutual respect and timely payments. 'We believe in treating our subcontractors with the same respect we expect from our clients,' Derek notes. 'Once we receive payment from the owner, we promptly pay our subcontractors. This level of efficiency is not always standard in the industry, and many of our subcontractors have expressed that we manage this process better than others.'" Strategic Growth and Diversification Since its inception, Robbins Construction has achieved significant growth. "From day one, we wanted to grow, but not with a specific revenue target in mind," Derek reflects. "We wanted our growth to be strategic.
