Classes meet in the Group Fitness Studio in the ARL Clubhouse. Classes that lack sufficient participation may be cancelled. Please register by clicking here . Barre ** Monday and Friday at 10:30 AM Early Bird Cardio/Strength ** Monday and Friday at 6:00 AM Fitness Fusion * Tuesday (for beginners) and Thursday at 8:30 AM Fitness Yoga ** Friday at 5:30 PM Gentle Yoga ** Tuesday at 9:45 AM and 4:00 PM, and Thursday at 9:45 AM HIIT It! ** Wednesday at 6:00 AM Pilates (All Levels) ** Monday and Wednesday at 8:30 AM, 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM Restorative Yoga ** Monday and Wednesday at 9:45 AM (45 minutes) Seniorcize * Monday at 4:00 PM and Thursday at 11:00 AM (45 minutes) Toning + Abs * Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM and 6:30 PM, and Saturday at 10:00 AM Yoga 1.25 Sunday at 4:00 PM (75 minutes) *Standard Class Rates: $13/drop-in, or $7/class effective rate for subscription. **Specialty Class Rates: $20/drop-in, or $10/class effective rate for subscription. All classes are offered on a subscription basis. Between the 15 th - 25 th of each month, Members sign up for the next month’s classes online , by calling x1234, or contact . “Drop-ins” are allowed for a higher fee. To stay apprised of the latest in group fitness classes, sign-up for our “opt-in” email list on the club website.

•If you wish to bring houseguests to the Fitness Center, please register them in advance at the Admin Office during normal business hours. •Set cell phones to vibrate while in the Fitness Center, and please move to the lobby or stairwell if you are conducting a conversation. •Please return all equipment to the rack. •DO NOT DROP THE WEIGHTS.
