Refrain from wearing warm clothing during winter workouts. Instead, wear layers, so you don’t feel too hot and not catch a cold. After the exercise, you may feel much warmer than it is, and when the sweat gets evaporated, your body will cool down. You can remove a layer when you sweat and wear it back on once your body temperature returns to normal.

Many people make the mistake of skipping sunscreen in winters, especially when it’s not sunny outside. The UVA UVB rays can still harm your skin and give you a sunburn. So before heading out of the house, wear sunscreen and put on lip balm.
