Award qualification period: January 2015 to December 2015
20/20 Club Leader Award: Presented to the top active businesses with the highest number of personal enrollees who achieved the 20/20 Club. Home Conversion Award: Awarded to the top businesses that have the highest percentage of new organisational Preferred Customers who purchased an Essentials or Value Pack. Director 3 – 9 Category One Senior & Executive Director Category Two Half Century: Club Membership awarded to active Marketing Executives with at least 50 but no more than 99 personally enrolled active Preferred Customers as of 31 December 2015 or for three consecutive months. Century Club: Club Membership awarded to active Marketing Executives with at least 100 or more personally enrolled active Preferred Customers as of 31 December 2015 or for three consecutive months. Circle of Excellence: Director 3 – Executive Director New Personal Enrolments with 48 or more new quality personal Preferred Customers in the award year must have 50% retention. Melaleuca Millionaires Club: Awarded to the leader with cumulative earnings of one million or more. Retention Award:
Friends and Family Award: Director 3 – Executive Director Presented to the Business with the highest average product point per new personal enrollees with 50 or more Preferred Customer growth will be honoured (excludes Value and Essential Packs). Rapid Advancement Award: Category One: Awarded to the top business that achieved Directors 3 status in the shortest amount of time during the award time period. Category Two: Awarded to the top business that achieved Directors 6 status in the shortest amount of time during the award time period. Personal Enrollee Advancement Award: Director 3 – 9 Category One Senior & Executive Director Category Two Recognises the top active Marketing Executives who have the highest number of Director and above advancements of their personal enrollees during the award time period. Enhancing Lives Award: Director 3 - Executive Director Recognise the top business with five or more new net personal Directors in the award year. Taking the LEAD Award: Director 3 – Executive Director Awarded to the top business who has demonstrated true leadership developing the highest amount of Personal Director 3’s.
The Game Changer Director 3 – Executive Director Presented to the Marketing Executive with the highest net Preferred Customer growth and the highest number of new personally developed Director 3’s. Presented to the business with the largest number of active Preferred Customers in their organisation. Must develop one new personal Director during the contest period. Marketing Executive of the Year: Presented to the Executive Director with the highest total combined monthly contribution index during the award time period. (The contribution index is the number of the net increase of Preferred Customers in an organisation during the previous 12 months, multiplied by the number of personally enrolled active Directors.). Business Builder Award: Director 3 – 9 Businesses Marketing Executives must be registered for Convention and the awards banquet no later than 31 December 2015 in order to be considered for any award. Additionally, Marketing Executives must be present at the time the award is given. Marketing Executives will qualify for awards based on their Executive Status as of 31 December 2015 and must be in “good standing” with Melaleuca at the time awards are calculated and presented. Melaleuca reserves the right to determine tie-breaking criteria as necessary. Awards are subject to change. Convention registration must be under your own account.
Director 3 – Executive Director Awarded to the leader who has a Retention Index of 50% and a net Preferred Customer growth of 50 will be honoured.
