“It’s all about the products,” Paul says. “It always has been, but even more so now. These products have absolutely changed our lives, and the most successful business builders in our organization have the same testimony.” Paul’s passion helps infuse every Melaleuca Overview presentation he does with a powerful sense of authenticity—a key tip for success in a business that prides itself on making real connections. Whenever he introduces a potential customer or business builder to Melaleuca, Paul takes a transparent approach. “People are afraid of the unknown, so show them who Melaleuca is right from the start,” he explains. “Once you make the unknown known, the fear element disappears.” What does that look like? Simply put, it means reaching out from a place of compassion and helpfulness. “It’s important to align yourself with Melaleuca values,” Paul says. The bottom line is this: Melaleuca offers better, safer products at more affordable prices. “It’s a no-brainer!” he adds. He also recommends learning from an established business builder. “The truth is that this company has been around for 35 years and has gathered a huge body of knowledge from Marketing Executives who are doing very, very well,” he says. “Connect yourself to them and be a good student.” As they look to the future, Paul and Claudia intend to go all the way with their Melaleuca business by becoming Corporate Directors. Still, they remain focused on their broader goal— improving the lives of as many members of their community as they possibly can. “That’s what we were put on this earth to do,” explains Paul. “God designed us to be interdependent and help each other.”

Executive Directors 4 Paul and Claudia Hardin are passionate about enhancing the lives of those around them. “Our whole purpose in life is to empower others,” Paul says. “And Melaleuca has been the most practical way to help an enormous amount of people improve their health while also impacting their financial wellness.” Paul recently lost his father, and the income he has earned with Melaleuca has allowed him to take care of his father’s final arrangements with no monetary stress. He and Claudia also introduced a single mom to Melaleuca two years ago, and it brings them joy to know that her business is flourishing. This love for uplifting others continues to drive Paul and Claudia’s business forward, especially given the increased interest in wellness. “There’s a greater awareness of the need to be proactive about creating a safer home and building healthier habits,” Paul says. As always, Paul and Claudia lead with the products when they share the benefits of Melaleuca.
