The Pecks are doing more than standing. They’re running to find others who need Melaleuca. “More than ever, people need solid foundations right now,” Sherry says. “It breaks my heart that so many millions have lost jobs and put their dreams on hold. People need Melaleuca to help restore hope and show them how to dream again. With our daily activities and by working with our team, we are actively sharing the message of safer products for the home and the ability to earn an additional income stream to build a stronger financial future.” Sherry strives daily to help others build foundations by leading by example. She focuses on the Seven Critical Business-Building Activities and shares the store with everyone she can. She gives her time to her team and puts her heart into helping them build their businesses. “Melaleuca is the most incredible company,” Sherry says. “We’re so grateful for the vision that Melaleuca founder and CEO Frank VanderSloot acted on to build Melaleuca so many years ago. It has provided a way for our family to have peace over fear, even in the most uncertain times. Russ and I found this most amazing opportunity here at Melaleuca. Sherry and Russ Peck have something incredible. They have a solid foundation. They have something firm that can withstand the inevitable ups and downs of life. Before she came to Melaleuca, Sherry worked hard in a party-plan company for 12 years. Her business fell apart when she stepped away for a time to be with her dying mother. “My business’s foundation didn’t just shake, it crumbled.” Sherry and Russ immediately saw how Melaleuca was different. “We saw a solid foundation for our future at Melaleuca,” Sherry remembers. “There is real, true residual income here. We knew that if we put in the effort, we could build something that could handle the twists and turns of life. “It’s not if —it’s when life throws you a curveball. There have been some winds that have come our way since we started our Melaleuca business. We’ve had to pick up our family of five and make some big cross-country relocations. During that time, Russ’s jobs and income were not always stable. We’ve had some tough times, but the hope and peace our Melaleuca income has brought our family has kept us strong and given us a bright future. Through it all, our foundation at Melaleuca has been there, and we are still standing!”
