NEWARK, NJ — Joining a spate of esteemed ten- ants announcing moves to Newark’s Gateway Center, Onyx Equities, LLC , which leads the group that recently acquired One, Two and Four Gateway, announced it will move its capital markets, asset management & con- struction divisions to One Gateway Center in July. “Newark’s corporate an- chors have been here for years now, drawn by ten gigabit fiber infrastructure, unmatched young talent, venture capital, residential investment, unparalleled transportation options and downtown walkability for both residents and commut- ers,” said John Saraceno,

The borrowers along with investors, Drew Katz and Newmark Knight Frank’s Justin DiMare purchased the property back in 2016 for $10.5 million and now plan to recapitalize the deal. The 200,000 s/f building was originally built in 1957 as part of the Prudential Insurance Corporate Site and recently became the new headquarters for the Newark Public Schools. Domenico secured a 5-year deal and full-term IO. Financ- ing was provided by Jared Zimmel of Natixis Bank .  IOREBA to Host Annual Golf and Tennis Outing MORRISTOWN, NJ — On Monday, June 17th, the Indus- trial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association of the New York Metropolitan Area (IOREBA), will host its annual Golf and Tennis Outing at the Morris County Country Club in Morristown.
