The properties sold include 53 Wright Ave., a 12-unit multi- family asset in Jersey City’s Journal Square neighborhood that traded for $1.95 million. The current structure sits on a 7.3+ acre lot and features 1 exteri- or loading dock, 4 drive-in doors, and a ceiling height of 20’ – 30’ with wide column spacing. Utilities are natural gas, sewer: septic field and water: city. “Mile Square will be building a new office warehouse on the property and will move from their cur- rent location in Hackensack upon completion,” said Steve.
