Congratulations to Toni Gast and her family on her daughter’s wedding!

A beautiful day filled with love, great memories, and even some fun with “beer burrows”.

We’re so excited to celebrate a very special arrival! Cory Swenson’s beautiful baby girl, Carmen Sofia , was born on Friday, March 20th.

She weighed in at a sweet 6 lbs 1 oz, and we couldn’t be happier for Cory and his wife as they welcome their newest little bundle of joy.

Big news, Debi Buckley is officially engaged! Mike asked, and of course, she said YES! Cheers to love, laughter, and wedding planning ahead.

March Highlights

Retail Sales March was a record-breaking month for our Retail Sales team! The team funded an incredible $45M , setting a new benchmark, with 17 Loan Officers surpassing $1M in funded volume. Even more impressive, one LO hit $1.5M in their very first month. To top it off, the team reached a massive 307 units totaling $84M , another standout achievement. Amazing momentum heading into April, let’s keep it going! TPO Sales Congratulations to Daniel Norris for taking both of the top spots, including a tight race with John Colitz for the top spot in volume. John also made both lists this month, as did Dan Mahoney . Congrats to Michael Moss for making the Top 5 list in units for the first time. Jerry Jodis made a return to the Top 5, this time in volume. Both Alec Finn and Clark Deremo landed on the list multiple times in Q1. Congrats to all and thank you to all of the folks that help support these AE’s and their efforts. D’Anthony Corner – Back to Basics In a challenging market, the focus is simple: get back to basics. Pick up the phone, increase outreach, and go the extra mile, because small actions drive big results. Remember, there’s no such thing as “that’s not my job.” Work together, stay proactive, and keep building relationships, because nothing solves problems like more loans. Watch it HERE.
