Responsable pour la prise de quantités de divers matériaux de construction et préparation des soumissions pour les divisions de boiserie intérieures, armoires de cuisine, revêtement extérieur et charpente. Les tâches incluent : • Interpréter les spécifications techniques des plans et devis • Procéder à l’invitation des fournisseurs/ sous-traitants • Analyser les prix reçus; monter et calculer la soumission • Procéder à la fermeture des soumissions • Participer à la mise à jour du répertoire des bases de données • Voir au maintien et au bon fonctionnement du département d’estimation Exigences : • Bilingue (français / anglais) • Bonnes connaissances informatiques • Aptitude au travail d’équipe Type de formation : Le poste demande une formation en Architecture ou Génie civil de niveau collégial ou universitaire Bénéfices/Avantages sociaux : Nous offrons un plan d’avantages sociaux après la période de probation de 6 mois Salaire selon expérience
Responsible for the taking of quantities of various construction materials and preparation of bids for the divisions of interior woodwork, kitchen cabinets, exterior cladding and framing. Tasks include: • Interpreting the technical specifications of the plans and estimates • Invite Suppliers/Subcontractors • Analyze the prices received; Prepare and calculate the bid • Proceed with closing bids • Participate in updating the database directory • See to the maintenance and proper functioning of the estimation department
Compétences et qualifications : Connaissance dans le domaine de la peinture Connaissance dans les produits de couvre plancher serait un atout Capacité de travailler avec l’informatique Être capable de manipuler & monter de la marchandise
Esprit d’équipe : contribue au succès de l’équipe en partageant l’information et son expertise. Habiletés relationnelles : établit des relations durables avec ses clients, fournisseurs, etc. Bilinguisme : capacité de lire et parler en français et anglais.
CHAUFFEUR DE CAMION
Rôle : Effectuer les livraisons de matériaux en plus d’assurer un excellent service auprès de notre clientèle. Compétences et qualifications : Permis de conduire : doit posséder un permis de classe DZ (Boom truck ou classe AZ serait un atout) Atout : connaissance des matériaux de construction. Habiletés relationnelles : établit des relations durables avec les clients et collègues de travail. Adaptation : être discret, fiable et honnête. Bilinguisme : capacité de lire et parler en français et anglais. Autres : Habileté à accomplir autres tâches.
Requirements: • Bilingual (French/English) • Good computer knowledge • Ability to work as a team
Type of training: The position requires training in Architecture or civil engineering at the college or university level Benefits/Benefits: We offer a benefit plan after the 6-month probation period

C.H. Clément Construction Inc. is looking for a full-time permanent Construction Supervisor to join its team at the earliest to work on different construction sites (Cornwall, Rockland Hawkesbury & Russell). We are a well-established local company currently working on several development projects.

JOB DUTIES: • Supervise workers, trades & suppliers at construction sites; • Co-ordinate & schedule construction activities with project Supervisor; • Must be able to meet productivity goals & ensure deadlines are met;
• Train worker in job duties; • Ensure safety standards; • May need to work with the crew; • Must be able to handle workplace conflicts & find viable resolutions and recommend methods to improve productivity;

REQUIREMENTS: • Education: High School Diploma; • Minimum of 5 years of construction experience; • Must be able to work as a team member; • Ideal candidate must have excellent time management skills; • Must have own transportation and tools - may be required to travel between job sites;
