POLICE DEPARTMENT’S COMMUNITY OUTREACH DIVISION LAUNCHES SEVERAL INITIATIVES IN 2017

The Law Enforcement Explorer Program 237 is for teens ages 14 – 19 to develop leadership skills and experiential learning through team-building activities, as well as law enforcement training. The Senior Citizen Outreach program is designed for the Police Department to partner with administrators from the assisted living

The Pearland Police Department added the Community Outreach Division to build strong partnerships with residents, civic organizations, community leaders, school officials and local businesses to meet the ever-changing law enforcement needs of the community.

To do so, the Division has several initiatives that further the department’s philosophy of community policing and work to

The Apartment Manager’s Meetings were recently re-launched to serve as a quarterly information exchange forum for all area apartment managers to get together and discuss safety and security issues.
