Single presentation plateaus, whose small plates are similar to those of the “Flower Tower” etageres (page 87), are available in four different heights and can be ar- ranged individually. A firm stand for these is offered by the Zieher skewer plates made of dark brown marble, which are available with three and – for the use on the buffet – 24 bore holes.
