The concentration of 25-to-34-year-old workers in Greater Grand Rapids not only outpaces Michigan and the United States but outperforms the majority of its peers. 25-to-34-year-old workers account for substantial shares of industries across the board in Greater Grand Rapids. The concentration of this age group increased in macro-industry clusters including information, professional, scientific, and technical services, and construction.
