B-012-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 0.5 hectare d’une propriété située au 255, chemin de concession 7 Alfred, pour la création d’un nouveau lot sur chemin de concession 7 Alfred à l’ouest du village d’Alfred. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant le lot 2, concession 6, dans l’ancien canton d`Alfred, maintenant dans le canton d`Alfred et Plantagenet. B-015-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 0.620 hectare d’une propriété située au 730, chemin Boundary, pour la création d’un nouveau lot sur chemin Boundary. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant une partie du lot 1, concession 6, dans l’ancien canton de Plantagenet Nord, maintenant dans le canton d`Alfred et Plantagenet. La propriété est sujette aux demandes B-016-2026 et B-017-2026. B-016-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 0.611 hectare d’une propriété située au 730, chemin Boundary, pour la création d’un nouveau lot sur chemin Boundary. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant une partie du lot 1, concession 6, dans l’ancien canton de Plantagenet Nord, maintenant dans le canton d`Alfred et Plantagenet. La propriété est sujette aux demandes B-015-2026 et B-017-2026. B-017-2026 : Cette demande d’autorisation vise à obtenir l’approbation de diviser 0.8 hectare d’une propriété située au 730, chemin Boundary, pour la création d’un nouveau lot sur chemin Boundary. Le terrain visé est décrit comme étant une partie du lot 1, concession 6, dans l’ancien canton de Plantagenet Nord, maintenant dans le canton d`Alfred et Plantagenet. La propriété est sujette aux demandes B-015-2026 et B-016-2026. B-016-2026: The purpose of this application is to obtain approval to sever 0.611 hectare from a property located at 730 Boundary Road for the creation of a new lot on Boundary Road. The subject land is described as part of Lot 1, Concession 6, in the former Township of North Plantagenet now in the Township Alfred and Plantagenet. The property is also subject to the following applications B-015-2026 and B-017-2026.
