“It has the functionality we need, but also the warm and cozy environment we really wanted to maintain,” said Wheeler. “I want people to feel welcomed and at home when they enter our space. Laura Lien’s attention to detail is exceptional and unlike anyone I’ve ever worked with.” Liv Med Spa blended historical elements (i.e. outside brick to the black and white tile) with a modern touch, offering an array of character. Each space is designed to have its own look, with every room adorned with different wallpaper and décor, while also remaining cohesive. Wheeler also wanted a lot of natural light and warmth, which became a focal point of the process. “The design speaks to us as a practice,” she said. “My team is extremely kind, genuine, and extremely detail oriented, focusing on the entire patient experience in our space.”
