A number of infrastructure projects are continuing to progress across the district, with several key works currently underway or nearing completion.
Works and Projects in Progress Bordertown–Mundulla Bicycle Track
All rubble has now been delivered to site. Works are temporarily on hold while kerb and road construction is completed at the Keith Industrial Estate. Pram Ramp Renewal – Scott Street Works have been completed on both corners of Scott Street. New pram ramps have been installed, including tactile indicators, and the surrounding pavement has been reinstated to provide improved accessibility and safety for pedestrians. Fifth Street Kerbing Renewal Works are progressing well, with new kerbing now installed and backfilled. The pavement between Milne Street and South Avenue has been reinstated and sealed. Sealing of the section between Milne Street and Venn Avenue will be carried out next.

Our Parks and Gardens team has been busy across the district, keeping our townships neat, tidy and well presented over the past month. Regular mowing and maintenance programs have continued, along with post-festive season clean- ups and irrigation works to support our public spaces.
