Q. Are there certain things I should address if I’m talking with someone who has a background in MLM? The first thing someone who has MLM experience should know is that no one can get hurt with Melaleuca. COMMISSIONS Product Introduction Commission : When you enrol a customer, you will receive 50% of Product Points on purchases in the customer’s first month of enrolment. Personal Customer Commission : Earn up to 20% of the Product Points that your personal customers order each month after the third month. Organisation Commissions : Earn 7% of the Product Points ordered by customers who were enrolled by someone else in your organisation. BONUSES Advancement Bonuses: Each time you advance to a new status of Director or above, you will receive a one-time Advancement Bonus.

When it comes to explaining Melaleuca’s Compensation Plan to a new enroler, keep it simple. “You don’t need to get caught up in the details,” Bonnie says. “Keep it simple.” There are two basic ways Marketing Executives earn money at Melaleuca:

PLAN ON THE 20 / 20 CLUB

Melaleuca’s 20/20 Club should be one of your first goals. Why? It’s simple. When you personally enrol 20 customers, you begin earning the 20% personal customer Commission Rate on all of their product purchases. And by the time you have 20 personal customers, you will likely have already advanced to Director 2. As you team up with those customers and help at least two advance to Director, you will be well on your way to advancing to Director 3! Plus, if you have done this in the first 90 days, you will be on Pacesetter time frame, which means your Advancement Bonuses will be DOUBLED! That’s £/€ 1 000 when you reach Director 3! Need a plan? Try this! Month 1: Personally enrol 10 new customers. Month 2: Personally enrol 5 new customers and help one of your personal customers reach Director. Month 3: Repeat what you did in month 2. When you do this in your first 90 days, your business will be unstoppable. You’ll be well on your way to Director 3 and beyond!
