It sounded like a great opportunity to earn some additional income and this kind of referral marketing peaked my interest. One day while browsing Social Media I met Magdalena Gwóźdź, who introduced me to Melaleuca The Wellness Company. I was so impressed after hearing the Mission Statement and the transparency of the company and the fact that someone would explain to me the power of residual income. That Melaleuca rewards the producer without selling the product, was a golden opportunity for me. Without previous substantive knowledge, but having a good feeling about what the company stood for and a great deal of support from my mentor, I achieved the status of Senior Director and built an international team of amazing leaders and customers. I must admit, however, that it was not easy. The first months of work brought me satisfactory results, but the fast growth stopped very quickly. Why? It was because I had to realize the importance of personal development and teamwork. I started systematically working on myself and with the team, remembering that I give 50% and the other 50% is given by my business partner. I also recognised the importance of maintaining constant contact with my customers and leaders is extremely important in building a stable business and residual income. Being a mother, I don’t always have many opportunities to meet people face to face. I have learned that in addition to face to face opportunities, I can work within the guideline of Melaleuca’s Social Media policy to help build my contact list and share the products, business opportunity, and very importantly an opportunity for personal development. Melaleuca has given me an opportunity to earn a great income, spend more time with my family and a chance to meet new people.

My Journey with Melaleuca The Wellness Company started almost 2 years ago. By education, I am a pedagogue and teacher of pre-school and early school education. When I was 20 years old I was approached by a colleague of mine asking me if I was interested in joining a small network marketing company. During the presentation I was overwhelmed and I will never forget all the incomprehensible schemes, tables and statistics. At the end of the day, I signed up for the products because they were good value for money. Unaware of what was passing me by, I did not go into financial development issues at all - apparently, it was not my time, and I did not understand much myself. Seven years have passed, the turbulent changes in life led to a trip to the UK where I worked in a factory.
