THE

Lunar New Year! Tigers

CHOP IT The children in Nursery have celebrated 'The Lunar New Year' this week. We have listened to the story of the great race, discussed how families celebrate, read lots of stories and looked at photos. On Tuesday, we made a vegetable stir fry with soy sauce and noodles. The children chopped the vegetables, the teachers cooked it and then everyone had a taste. It was delicious! Later in the week, we made dragon stick puppets with streamers attached and danced with our dragons to some music. We had lots of fun. Happy Lunar New Year!

Thanks to Miss. Harwood for the story.
