Significant and proven/demonstrable experience of management, and of practical experience in project management of delivering complex building projects across large complex sites within an acute hospital healthcare environment or similar. Professional / academic qualification at Masters level or equivalent experience of Capital Development. E Relevant professional or management qualifications e.g. Chartered Status such as RIBA, RICS, CIOB, APM, PMI, etc. Project/Programme Management qualification MSP Practitioner, PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APMP etc.

Managing multi-disciplinary relationships with stakeholders in a relevant organisational setting. Understanding of the design development process and key RIBA project stages.
