General Duties • To develop, assist and train junior members of the capital projects team. • Responsible for the development and implementation of capital procurement policies and the Trust Capital Procedures Manual. • Advising and monitoring compliance with standard legislation and procedures. • Ensure that relevant statutory, environmental, professional and technical standards are identified and maintained in relation to the capital development, land and property issues. • Assist in developing a sustainable environment strategy and management system and polices for the Trust. • To prepare progress reports and recommendations on delegated projects for Trust wide reports such as the Trust Capital Programme Group, Charity and Environmental reports and Capital progress and highlight reports. • To be prepared for occasional exposure to unpleasant working conditions in relation to ’on-site’ working. responsibilities of the grade and the needs of the service.
