The Central Penn Real Estate Symposium in Central PA How would you describe this year’s attendance: Solid- the retail market has seen a huge comeback in the past few years and it is highly evident based on the increase in volume these shows have seen, as well as the quality of meetings taking place. Overview of the 2013 PA/NJ/DE ICSC Show The show was a resounding success. Our agents came back to the office with various leads and new relationships with other retail brokers, shopping center owners and developers, and represen- tatives for new and exciting retail concepts. The great turnout combined with the high energy levels proved to make this show one of the best in recent years.

What was your favorite Session and Why: Supermarkets since we have built about 23 stores and remodeled another 75 What was your favorite exhibitor’s booth other than you own: Raymour & Flanigan How would you describe this year’s attendance: Very Good Overview of the 2013 PA/NJ/DE ICSC Show: This year’s show had a spark to it that has been lacking in the past. Seems as though retail construction could be making a comeback after a four or five year slow down. Our hope is that with our ability to provide Pre-Construction Services with an extensive data base of completed projects and historical information we bring added value to any retailers upcoming projects. We enjoyed the show.
