We are more than a football club, through our volunteering, coaching, mentoring, education programmes and career workshops, we develop role mod els and leaders for the future. We work with young people aged 10 -25 years from the Black, Black British, African, Caribbean, white and Asian communities. Our projects use sport to engage young people who will be assigned an experienced mentor who will off er 1:1 and group mentoring to: • Support them with positive activities (football, basketball, walking) • Refer them to appropriate support/treatment agencies if required. (GP, School, college) • Educate to achieve educational goals. (Coaching qualifications, safeguarding, first aid, talent identification personal growth) Offer career and employability skills. (identifying skills, CV writing, job identification, application submission and work experience)
• Signpost to physical activities that continue beyond the lifetime of the project. (volunteering)
