Skills, Experience and Knowledge At least five years’ experience working within a building maintenance function Experience of working on building projects in a listed / heritage building environment Track record of managing successful programmes and project delivery in line with desired outcomes and agreed quality, time and cost limits

Strong understanding of working with a heritage building

Solid understanding of building Health and Safety management

Experience managing external consultants and delivery partners

Experience of working in a hospitality or public facing role

Working knowledge of MS Project Prince 2 Foundation or equivalent

HNC or above in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering

NEBSOH Health and Safety Qualification

x

Membership to a relevant professional body i.e. BIFM
