John is a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Sunstone Partners where he has worked since 2015. John is responsible for investing in internet, healthcare IT, and enterprise software. Prior to his current position, John was a Co-Founder and Managing Director at Trident Capital which began in 1993 and went on to invest in 180 portfolio companies in 7 funds. John helped to develop and sell companies to firms such as United Health and Wellpoint. Previously, John worked at Bain Capital and its related fund, Infor- mation Partners Capital, where he mostly invested in technology buyouts and growth capital. John has been on the board of many companies both public and private including currently serving at Jobvite, Turn, Sojern, Ninth Decimal, Climate Central, and Outmatch. John was Chairman at Mapquest when it became one of the first global internet brands. John holds a BA from Dartmouth College, an MS from Stanford Uni- versity, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Eric Darwin, Corporate Development, LinkedIn

Eric is the Director of Corporate Development at Linkedin where he has worked since August 2014. Prior to his current position, Eric was a Growth Stage Investor at DFJ. Previously, Eric worked in Corporate De- velopment at Salesforce. He also worked in Investment Banking at Perella Weinberg Partners, Barclays Capital, and BCC Capital Partners. Eric holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, San Diego. Matt is a General Partner at JMI Equity where he has worked since 2006. Matt focuses on growth equity investments in software and healthcare IT businesses. Prior to his current position, Matt was an Analyst in the Technology Investment Group at Thomas Weisel Partners. Previously, Matt was a Research Associ- ate at Thompson, Siegel, and Walmsley. Matt holds a BA in Commerce and Finance from the University of Virginia. Jesse is an Executive Director of Corporate Strategy and Global Development at CEB where he has worked since 1998. Jesse is responsible for growth strategy development and execution globally, includ- ing strategic planning and project management, new product platform and market expansion, mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, strategic alliances, and corporate venturing, including product and profit and loss management. Prior to his current title, Jesse has held serval other positions at CEB includ- ing most recently Managing Director of Corporate Development. Jesse currently serves as a Director at 9Lenses, TAS Group, CorpU, PayScale, and Legal OnRamp. Jesse holds a BA in Leadership Studies from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Columbia University. Stu joined Insight Venture Partners in 2016 with a successful 20 year technology investing track record and experience in corporate operating roles. At Insight he serves on the board of directors, or works with DataSift and Ensighten. Prior to Insight, Stu was a general partner at Bay Partners. Earlier in his career, Stu was a founding partner at Ridgelift Ventures and also served as a general partner at US Venture Part- ners. Before becoming a technology investor, Stu was VP of Central Engineering at Cisco, responsible for the strategy and development of Cisco’s IOS. He previously held leadership positions at Tandem Comput- ers, Logica, and ICL. He earned a BS Electronic from Cardiff University in Wales, graduating Suma Cum Laude.
