Linda Gridley, Partner, Co-Head, Digital Media Group, AGC Partners

Linda is a New York based Partner and Co-Head of the Digital Media Group at AGC Partners. She is a Wall Street veteran with over 25 years of experience. Her focus includes adTech, data services, digital marketing and media, eCommerce services, mobile, social, payments/financial technology, and SaaS/ outsourcing services. Prior to AGC, Linda founded Gridley & Company LLC, a boutique investment bank focused on the Information and Internet services industries, in 2001 and was President & CEO until Sep- tember, 2014. She is a frequent speaker at Digital Media industry conferences and author of many Digital Media industry overviews including “Gridley’s Guide to Digital NY.” Linda was also named as an Always On Digital Media Power Player in 2012 & 2013. The AlwaysOn Power Players list honors the most influen- tial people in the banking, venture capital, legal, talent, government, and accounting world. She received her MBA degree from the Amos Tuck School and her AB degree from Dartmouth College. Brandon Ferguson has worked as the Chief Financial Officer of Point Inside—a vendor of digital in-store product location solutions—since February of 2016. Prior to joining Point Inside, Brandon worked as a Chief Financial Officer and Director of Operations at PicMonkey, and as a Tax Supervisor at RSM McGladrey, from 2014 to 2016 and 2006 to 2011, respectively. He has been involved in the Seattle Start- Up community in a variety of roles, and provided advisory roles for technology companies in stages rang- ing from that initial "light bulb" moment in a founder’s head through mergers & acquisitions. Brandon also serves as the Treasurer of local non-profit WeCount and is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Washington State Society of Public Accounts and the Washington State Board of Accountancy. Brandon has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management at Williamette University. Currently Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of PlaceIQ – at the intersection of advertising, location and big data – Duncan has a passion for, and background in, early stage companies. Prior to PlaceIQ, Duncan founded and led a venture backed consumer Internet business with the goal of enabling and em- powering users of location aware devices. His time spent working on RFID and universal positioning startups would later be the foundation on which PlaceIQ was built. Before that Duncan led the operations of a rapidly growing retail organization, and also built and led IS Solutions, a premier Silicon Valley based System Integrator. Outside of the startup Duncan has also made an impact for one of the world’s largest organizations in working for ExxonMobil, in the UK and Asia. Jon Squire has more than 19 years of business, marketing and product development experience in finan- cial services and emerging technologies. Most recently, Jon was Chief Marketing Officer of CorFire, SK C&C's global mCommerce headquarters where he led the deployment of Dunkin' Donuts Mobile. He was also Senior Vice President of Mobile Payments at mFoundry where he spearheaded the Starbucks Card Mobile team and helped create the first mobile wallet initiatives in the U.S. with retailers, carriers and fi- nancial institutions. He launched the first national mobile P2P offering in partnership with Sprint and Pay- Pal and is well known for his leading edge work with NFC, barcode and alternative technologies that inte- grate with the point of sale. Jon received a BA from Lehigh University. Tom Stockham has built and led several industry-defining companies. Always a passionate champion of disruptive technologies, Tom began his career as an associate at BCG, where he was immersed in the shift to "big box" retail. He later served as president of Ticketmaster.com (LYV), where he helped lead the transition to online ticketing. Then, as Chief Executive Officer of Ancestry.com, he built one of the Inter- net’s first and largest online content subscription businesses. Today, as Chief Executive Officer of Exper- ticity, he leads the company in pioneering a new trusted-marketing category that’s transforming retail com- merce. Tom received a BA in Government from Dartmouth College and an MBA in Business from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
