Jeff Broadhurst founded Apprise Software, Inc., in 1984 and serves as its CEO. Mr. Broadhurst has been deeply involved in manufac- turing, distribution, logistics as well as software. After successfully growing and managing the US based company, in 2006, he moved to China and started the Chinese subsidiary in Nanjing. In 2010 he moved to the Czech Republic to start operations there. He cur- rently manages the teams from Pennsylvania.

Cyril joined Arrayent in 2012 as head of product, became GM of Arrayent Europe in 2014, appointed CEO in 2015. Formerly Senior Research Scientist Manager at Hewlett Packard Laboratories, and Head of the HP Smart Environment Research Group. Cyril has 15 years of experience in distributed Smart Spaces and the Internet of Things (IoT). He holds 23 patents in the field. Cyril holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Centrale de Lyon in France.
