Mauro Bonomi is Minerva’s Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Over the past 25 years Bonomi has contributed heavily to the adop- tion of digital video technology in the consumer and communications markets. Mauro holds Master’s Degrees in both Electrical Engi- neering and Management from Stanford University and received an Undergraduate Degree with honors in Electrical Engineering from Pavia University in Italy.

Before joining Mojix as CEO, Dan co-founded Connexive Inc. in 2009 and served as a Director of the data mining software develop- ment company. Previous to that, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of WhereNet, an industry leader in Real-Time Location Systems and Solutions, from 1997 until 2007 and served as Vice President and General Manager of the Wherenet Division at Zebra Technologies from 2007 to 2008 subsequent to Zebra’s acquisition of WhereNet in 2007. Dan joined WhereNet from enter- prise application software maker PeopleSoft. At PeopleSoft he served as Vice President of Business Operations after it acquired Red Pepper Software, a company he co-founded in 1993 and where he was Vice President of Finance and Operations.

Glenn also worked at Microsoft, Tektronix, Ford Motor Com- pany, and the United States Air Force.
