Sentrian provides a cloud-based remote patient monitoring and analytics platform to detect patient deterioration before problems become acute. The Company’s platform identifies pa- tients who are at the risk of hospital admissions; parse them by disease state, co-morbidities, and other clinical indicators to determine the appropriate mix of biometric sensors for their condition. Sentrian compares the sensor data with a patient’s medical history, co-morbidities, exacerbations, and health benchmarks, as well as looks for indications contrary to population norms and patient-specific trends; and notifies care managers and clinicians with patient’s risk status.
