Scott is a Partner in the Investment Banking Group and founding team member at AGC Partners, focused on Enterprise Infrastructure sec- tors including Cloud Infrastructure, Data Analytics, Storage & Security In his 20 plus years as an investment banker, Scott has completed more than 50 M&A and debt / equity financing transactions Prior to joining AGC Partners, Scott was part of Deutsche Bank Alex Brown’s Technology Investment Banking Group in Boston Previously, Scott was an Associate in Global Mergers & Acquisitions at SBC Warburg and an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch & Co. in New York Scott holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College Eric is a Partner in the Investment Banking Group at AGC Partners. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry focusing on acquisition financing, capital raising, and early-stage equi- ty investing Prior to joining AGC as a Principal, Eric was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Infrastruc- ture & Energy Finance groups He also previously worked as a Vice President of Project Finance and Investments at eleQtra, Inc., an emerging markets infrastructure de- velopment and investment fund Eric holds a M.A.L.D. with a concentration in International Business from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and a B.A. in Political Sci- ence from Middlebury College Joe is a Partner in AGC’s Silicon Valley office focused on IoT, Energy & Industrial Tech and Semiconductors He has over 20 years of experience in technology investment banking at firms including ThinkEquity, Needham & Company and CIBC Joe also worked as an FAE in the semiconductor industry at Cirrus Logic KK in Japan and in the software industry as VP of Business De- velopment at Versata Joe received a B.S. in Applied & Engineering Physics from Cornell University Joe was named as an “AlwaysOn Power Player in GreenTech” and has spoken at or moderated panels at the IoT Stream Conference and the UCI/IEEE IoT Conference Linda is a partner in the NY office where she focuses on Internet/ Digital Media Before joining AGC, Linda was the founder and CEO of her own Digi- tal Media boutique firm—Gridley and Company LLC—from 2001 to 2014 Linda started her career at Lehman Brothers and subsequently held leadership positions at Furman Selz and ING Barings. Her 30 years of transaction experience spans the Advertising/Adtech; Data/Data Ana- lytics; Digital Marketing/Media; eCommerce software and services; Financial Technology; SaaS and Outsourcing Services sectors She is the author of many Digital Media industry overviews including “AGC’s Guide to Digital NY” and was named an Always On Digital Media Power Player in 2012 and 2013 Linda has an A.B. Degree from Dartmouth College where she is on the President’s Leadership Council and an M.B.A. from The Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth
