 Hugh is a partner in the Investment Banking Group at AGC Partners, focusing on Life Sciences and HCIT out of the firm's Minneapolis of- fice  Hugh is a 25-year technology M&A veteran who ran Piper Jaffray's M&A practice in Software and Services for more than 8 years before joining Craig-Hallum Capital Group in 2006, where he led their M&A practice  He has completed more than 150 transactions during his career and has worked at Dain Rauscher Corporation, where he started the firm's software practice, and Dillon, Read and Co. Inc. in New York and Lon- don  He received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Denver  Doug is a Partner at AGC Partners and is based out of New York City, where he leads the firms efforts in both IT and Tech-Enabled Services  Doug is a 30-year veteran banker, with extensive bulge bracket expe- rience at firms such as Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney and JP Morgan  He holds an M.B.A. from the Amos Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth) and a B.A. in Economics from Duke University  Prior to AGC, Fred spent 7 years at Cowen & Co., and held positions at J.P. Morgan and Smith Barney  Fred was a founding member of Beechtree Capital, a middle market leverage buyout firm  With more than 120 completed transactions in his 25 plus years in the industry, Fred has raised public and private capital for both early stage and late stage corporations in the technology and healthcare sectors  The majority of Fred’s work has been in Mergers & Acquisitions, where, cumulatively, he has executed in excess of $7 billion in trans- actions  Fred holds a B.A. from Swarthmore College and an M.B.A. from Co- lumbia University  Gee joined AGC Partners in 2014 and covers Digital Media and Mar- keting Technology  Prior to joining AGC Partners, Gee held senior banking positions with MESA Global and Montgomery & Co. He started his investment bank- ing career at Salomon Brothers in the late ‘90s and later worked at Friedman Billings Ramsey in its technology M&A team  In his 18 years as an investment banker, Gee has completed both M&A and financing transactions for some of the largest global technol- ogy and media companies, as well as growth companies at the lead- ing edge of innovation  Gee holds a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkley
