Elena has advised on more than 40 completed strategic advisory and capital raising assignments spanning Software, HCM, Digital Media, Education, and Mobile / Communications Prior to AGC, Elena was at Deutsche Bank and Jefferies & Company Elena holds an M.B.A. from the M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and a B.A. in Business Administration from Long Island University Greg brings over 20 years of experience working as an investment banker and principal investor, and has completed over 100 transac- tions with an aggregate transaction value exceeding $30 Billion Greg primarily focuses on enterprise software and security sectors Previously, Greg spent the bulk of his career with Credit Suisse First Boston, ThinkEquity, and Montgomery Securities He holds a MBA from The Wharton School of Business and an under- graduate degree from Brown University Greg works out of AGC’s Foster City, CA office and resides in Menlo Park CA with his wife Julie and three sons Dennis brings more than 25 years of experience in investment bank- ing to his role at AGC and has been a Partner with AGC since it was founded in early 2003 Dennis has completed more than 80 transactions, primarily for soft- ware companies Previously, Dennis was a Managing Director at Banc of America Se- curities and a Founding Member of Montgomery Securities’ East Coast Technology Group He holds a B.A. in English from Middlebury College, an M.A. in Ger- man Literature from the Johannes Gutenberg Universität in Mainz, Germany, and an M.S. in Finance from the MIT Sloan School of Man- agement Markus has over 20 years of experience in Investment Banking fo- cused in Mobility and Software Markus started his career in TMT Investment Banking with UBS and HSBC After working as a Principal at BlueRun Ventures and a General Part- ner at Nokia Growth Partners, Markus joined Arma Partners where he was Senior Managing Director Most recently Markus was a Managing Director at GrowthPoint Tech- nology Partners Russ is a Partner in the Investment Banking Group at AGC Partners focused on IT Security and Defense Technologies Before joining AGC, Russ began his investment banking career in the technology banking group at Jefferies & Co. and has advised on more than 50 completed strategic advisory and capital raising assignments Before banking, Russ was a US Air Force Officer managing the acqui- sition of intelligence and information warfare systems for the Intelli- gence Community, and performed cyber vulnerability assessments of Air Force electronic systems Russ holds an M.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the Wharton School of Business, an M.S. in Operation Research from Northeastern University, and a B.S. in Operations Research from the US Air Force Academy
